Your agreement with M82 Labs
These Terms describe M82 Router, the AI routing service offered under the M82 Labs brand. The legal operator and effective date must be completed before these Terms are published or paid services are enabled. These draft Terms do not replace any existing agreement.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly report unauthorized access. Access may require verified phone information and a minimum amount of verified purchased service credit.
How the service works
M82 routes your requests through third-party routing and model providers. Model availability, capabilities, prices and provider rules can change. Your requests must comply with applicable provider terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Supported input and output content may also be processed by third-party moderation services to help prevent abuse. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee safe or accurate output.
Your content and model output
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that processing. Model output can be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable; evaluate it before relying on it, especially for important decisions. Output ownership and permitted use may depend on the selected provider and applicable law.
Service credit and fees
Credit is prepaid, denominated in NPR, non-transferable and usable only for M82 services; it is not a bank deposit or general payment wallet. A 6% M82 top-up fee is deducted from the total payment, rounded half-up to two decimal places. If you pay NPR 1,000, the fee is NPR 60 and NPR 940 is added as service credit. Review the server-issued quote before confirming payment. The fee is not charged again against your balance. Applicable taxes and payment totals must be disclosed before checkout; tax treatment remains subject to review before paid launch.
Usage charges and payment confirmation
Usage charges follow the price and billing rules displayed for the request, and may include provider work already performed even if a response is blocked by output moderation or interrupted. Credit is added only after server verification of payment. Pending, test or promotional amounts do not count toward the minimum purchased-credit requirement. Changes to fees apply to new quotes; existing payment snapshots remain unchanged.
Refunds
You may request a refund within seven days of the verified payment for the unused purchased credit attributable to that payment and the proportional M82 top-up fee. See the Refund Policy for calculation, evidence and processing details. Promotional credit has no cash refund value. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for payment errors.
Suspension and service changes
We may limit or suspend access for security incidents, prohibited use, fraud, nonpayment or upstream restrictions. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review through support. We may change or discontinue features; changes do not remove accrued refund rights or mandatory legal protections.
Responsibility and disputes
We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free model results. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first to seek resolution of a dispute. Nepal law and competent courts apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. No foreign incorporation, arbitration waiver or registration is asserted by these Terms.
Changes and contact
We will publish updated terms with a version and effective date and seek renewed agreement for material changes when required. Support is available through the service support page. Legal operator and complaint contact disclosures must be completed before publication.
